VATasker collects the minimum information required to deliver managed virtual assistant services, operate communications on your behalf where authorised, and meet legal obligations. This includes contact details, billing information, and operational materials you choose to share for task completion.

Where AI agents are deployed, additional logs may be generated by integrated platforms (for example call transcripts, chat transcripts, and workflow events). Those logs are handled under this policy and the relevant processor terms for each integration you approve during onboarding.
